We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real impact, in a newly created role as Business Support Administrator (BSA).
This is an exciting time for the Association; with the introduction of a new full size 3G artificial football pitch at the Headquarters and the completion of an internal staffing restructure, we are best placed to deliver an excellent service to our Participants.
This fantastic opportunity reports directly to the Chief Executive and offers the right candidate the chance to work with the Senior Management Team to drive a culture where safeguarding is taken into consideration in all decision making and that safeguarding principles underpin all areas of activity with U18s and vulnerable adults.
The role will also require the successful candidate to undertake several of the company’s key administrative functions, namely those underpinning customer engagement and workforce development.
We are looking for a process driven individual who possesses an enthusiasm for customer excellence and compliance management. The BSM needs to have a good understanding of data management systems and be proficient in maintaining audit trails and evidence compilation and presentation. The individual will have a primary focus on delivering and operating outstanding processes, with an overall desire to provide a professional and effective service to ensure our participants take part in a safe environment.
You must be able to manage a diverse workload being able to prioritise work according to risk, opportunity and timeframes. You will also have experience of establishing and ensuring compliance with processes, people management, and a working knowledge of safeguarding principles.
