An opportunity has arisen within the Client Services team for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised Client Services Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead a small team of administrators who manage all activity, event and facility bookings within Surrey Sports Park from a variety of clientele including University of Surrey students and staff, partners, members and SSP staff. The post holder will be responsible for the set up and accessibility of the bookings of all activities on the leisure management system and will require excellent IT skills. The post holder will be the point of contact for all event enquiries, liaising with clients to understand requirements and supplying detailed information to other departments responsible for the delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience in client management, a proven track record of delivery in customer focussed service and excellent communication skills.
