Not only will you deliver climbing sessions, you’ll also help out with the day to day duties, such as ensuring the centre is well presented, equipment inspections and responding to customer queries, so you’ll need a positive, can do attitude to get stuck in and help your team.
You must have a passion for sport and people with a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a customer facing role is highly desirable as you’ll deliver excellent customer service. Ideally, you’ll already hold NGB climbing qualifications or equivalent, which can be a Single Patch Award (SPA), Climbing Wall Award (CWA) and/or a Climbing Wall Leading Award (CWLA) or the training element in any one of these.
