Club Development Assistant
Location: The Valley
Salary: £10 per hour
Hours: Casual
Closing date: 13 December 2019
The purpose of this role is to assist the Club Development Officer to ensure the smooth running of matchday operations within Club Development.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in all aspects of club development match day operations including set up and clear down
• Any other duties appropriate to the skills and experience of the position holder.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
• Assist the Club Development Officer with duties appropriate to the position and post holder’s skill set & experience

Candidate Criteria:
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (E);
• A good level of proven customer service and working with children (E);
• Social skills in dealing with all people, especially with regard to group dynamics
• Experience of working within the sports stadia or events industry (D);
• Competent and personable with good time management skills (E);
• Ability to work calmly under pressure (E);
• Ability to work well as a member of a team and as an individual (E);
• High degree of personal drive and motivation (E)
• Ability to understand and adapt to the culture of a professional football club (E);
• Demonstrate openness to accept change within an organisation (E);
• Actively cooperate and communicate with others, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration (E);
• An ability to review the current operation and identify practical areas for improvement (E);
• Positive about achieving Club, departmental and individual success (E);
• Proactively takes on new responsibilities and seek out opportunities to learn new skills (E);
• Must be accountable for delivering results within assigned levels of accountability (E).

Additional Information:
• This a causal role that may include evenings and weekends
• You will be expected to work all first team fixtures
