Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities
1. To engage young supporters in a friendly and welcoming manner both at The City Ground and at events away from the stadium in line with the Trust’s requirements.
2. To perform all duties in a responsible manner and not undertake any duties that would damage the reputation of the Trust or Club.
3. To be present for photo opportunities in and around The City Ground, and encourage crowd participation.
4. To be present in the Red Zone (when applicable) for photo opportunities with fans and families.
5. To support half-time challenges.
6. Ensure that all activities are fully compliant with the latest safeguarding and health and safety.
7. Be a positive role model, engaging people of all ages and abilities in positive activities.

Skills, knowledge & experience – Essential
1. Strong and confident personality with the ability to engage and inspire others.
2. Experience of delivering fun and engaging activities to young people.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
4. Recent relevant DBS check or willingness to undertake one.

Skills, knowledge & experience – Desirable
1. Qualification in Drama or Performing Arts.
1. Safeguarding trained.
2. First aid trained.

Other
1. Demonstrate a commitment to equal opportunities.
