Customer Service Advisor (Pool Plant)

35 Hours per week (9am – 5pm)
Location: SportPark, Loughborough, LE11 3QF

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.
We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Pool Plant) to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the IoS Department as part of a busy Pool Plant team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring accurate and timely information and support in all aspects of the learner, tutor and customer experience, in line with IoS customer service standards.

Reporting to the IoS Programme Leader, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquires in a timely, courteous and accurate manner that exceeds expectations. You will also be responsible for all administration duties to include; completing pre and post course administration, including registers, confirmation letters and course assignments.

The successful candidate must:
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Have proven experience in administration duties
• Have experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Have excellent time management skills
