Bradfield College seeks to appoint an outstanding woman or man to lead the development of its pastoral care. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of pupil safeguarding and wellbeing as well as contribute to the College’s general strategic planning and direction.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with proven boarding and teaching experience. Bradfield is a school with a national reputation for the high standard of its pastoral care and the Deputy Head (Pastoral) will play a leading role in sustaining and developing this success.
