Peterborough Diocese Educational Trust (PDET) is a dynamic multi academy trust currently responsible for eleven academies in the Diocese of Peterborough. Established in 2013 and enjoying a period of rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and professional leader with extensive experience of educational leadership and organisational development to join our growing team.
Base: Bouverie Court, The Lakes, Northampton – Travel to academies across the Diocese will be required
The successful candidate will be responsible to our Chief Executive and will work closely with the
PDET Board of Directors and our academy Headteachers to:
Provide professional leadership to secure the success and continuous growth and improvement of PDET and its academies
Ensure that the management, finance and administration of PDET supports continuous improvement
Establish PDET as a centre of excellence and success
Ensure the overall effectiveness of academies within PDET: academically, socially, culturally and spiritually
Manage the organisational and educational change necessary to achieve and sustain success
Ensure appropriate policies are in place to fulfil the aims and statutory responsibilities of PDET
