The Albion Foundation (registered Charity 1081948) is renowned for the quality of its Sports and Education programmes. The Foundation has an excellent reputation and is seen as an example of good practice nationally for its disability work. An exciting opportunity has arisen in this area of work.
The role:
Reporting to the Foundation Director the successful candidate will be responsible for:
– Creating a vision for the future of the Disability department and then Developing and Delivering this vision and ensuring it is complementing and supporting the WBA FC Disability section.
– Be responsible for maintaining all current funding streams and funded projects and ensuring the on-going financial viability and growth of the department.
– To develop the provision in to new key geographical areas identified by WBA FC.
– To seek other major pots of funding to enhance and expand the current provision.
– Be responsible for the Disability department budget and ensure all financial targets are met.
– Ensure the safeguarding of all participants is paramount
– Ensuring the following programmes are delivered to the highest quality and they are built upon to expand and grow in our agreed focus areas:
– PL/BT Disability Project
– Short Breaks Out of Hours Provision & Development Centres in specific impairments
– WBA FC Disability teams, players and staff
– PLPFA funded School Programme covering education, awareness raising, sport and mentoring support
– Adult provision & PAN disability provision
– Partnership Holiday provision
– Dementia Partnerships and programmes
You:
