Sheffield City Trust (SIV) is a charitable trust working to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Sheffield through a portfolio of world class sport, leisure and entertainment venues, including Ponds Forge, English Institute of Sport Sheffield, Heeley Pool, Hillsborough Leisure Centre, Sheffield City Hall, FLY DSA Arena and more.

We have exciting
opportunities for Duty Managers at multiple leisure venues in Sheffield, including Ponds Forge ISC and Westfield Sports Centre.
This is a key role, assisting the Operations Manager and General Manager in the efficient running of the Centres through the effective and efficient control of the day and night Management.
As Duty Manager you will be expected to uphold the high venue standards required at all times and to ensure that staff do the same.
As well as managing the staff on duty within the venue, you will monitor and report maintenance and health & safety issues to Senior Management and provide pool lifeguard cover as needed.

Experience
in supervising staff,a track record of delivering excellent customer service and a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification are essential.
First Aid at Work qualification, defibrillator qualification a full UK driving licence are desirable though not essential.
Some evening and or weekend work may be required.
