The Role:
Reporting into the head of online and store you will be helping to drive and grow the direct-to-consumer share of the business from 4.5% to 20%.
Principally, you will ensure that we deliver an exceptional brand experience in the digital arena and drive e-commerce sales targets.
Responsibilities:
pioneer for Tom Dixon e-commerce, driving sales and profit for the business
set long-term strategy for e-commerce
build and maintain a flagship international website that really drives success for both brand and commerce
work with the whole retail team to deliver objectives and world class customer service
Objectives:
beat budget by end of 2015 in e-commerce sites (Europe, US); launch US in February; launch Europe in Q2
increase conversion and AOV by optimising consumer journey and sales funnel; Q2: develop and implement KPIs, and agree H2 targets; hit H2 targets
develop and launch best in class Tom Dixon customer services standards
Requirements:
ideally two to three years experience in a pure-play e-commerce business or agency with similar clients
demonstrate ideas for improving the customer journey, and ideally digital marketing
a passion for design and home interiors and the Tom Dixon brand
