Lincoln City Foundation are looking for an Education Manager to join our Education & Employability department and play an integral role in supporting our mission of creating happier, healthier, inspired communities.
The objectives of the Education and Employability department are to provide positive learning environments to inspire our communities and develop skills for life.
The Education Manager will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, recruitment, and delivery of the Foundation’s Education, work-ready and personal development programmes including, but not exclusive to, BTEC Sport, Degree programmes, traineeships and mentoring, offender rehabilitation, and initiatives to remove barriers to industry and viable career pathways.
As a member of the Foundation’s management team, the Education Manager will be expected to lead, contribute and champion our strategic principles; Visibility, Business Excellence, Sustainability, and Impact.
Therefore, taking operational responsibility for:
• Coordinating day-to-day running and delivery of the Education programmes through a portfolio of projects to support and inspire individuals, from all areas of society
• Working alongside the Head of Department to develop strong and meaningful relationships with a range of stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for our participants
• Providing and facilitating programme sessions that are engaging, high quality, in line with the Education and Employability strategic objectives
• Creating strategic links between the programmes within the department, and wider organisation to develop the skills and experiences of all participants
Managing a budget and overall performance, ensuring financial sustainability of programmes and reporting requirements, and evaluating ongoing impact and satisfaction data.
