Job Description
strategically work with key partners to lead on the club development initiatives and to coordinate, organise and promote delivery in identified geographic areas, to increase lacrosse participation; and to deliver the EL Business Plan 2016-20.
Strategic Work
1. Implement and monitor the relevant areas of EL Business Plan 2016-20.
2. Implement and monitor the relevant areas of the Sport England Investment Submission 2017-21.
3. Implement, develop and monitor the identified areas of the EL Participation Plan 2017-21.
4. Implement, develop and monitor the identified areas of the EL Workforce Plan 2017-21.
Club Development
1. To lead on implementing, developing and monitoring the club development KPIs set out in the business plan.
2. To work with Senior Leadership on the Sport England “Social Outcomes” initiatives.
3. To work with Senior Leadership on leading the delivery of the University Lacrosse Officer Programme.
Participation and Inclusion
1. To identify which areas, partners and programmes within an identified region to prioritise and work with.
2. Develop, organise, promote, implement, deliver and monitor EL initiatives to increase participation in identified areas.
3. To work with Senior Leadership in developing and delivering inclusion initiatives and insight.
4. To identify local funding support to access relevant schemes.
Education and Learning
1. Support the delivery of the EL Education and Learning programme.
Commercial and Marketing
1. Promote all EL programmes, courses and products.
2. Social media and web content generation to support core EL communication team.
3. Meet programme income targets and follow EL financial handling guidelines.
General
1. Carry out agreed specific projects as appropriate.
2. Represent English Lacrosse on internal and external working groups and committees as required and commensurate with overall duties and responsibilities of the role.
