The role
This is an exciting and varied role administering and supporting cycling events in Wales, based within Welsh Cycling’s operations team.
You will be responsible for the administration of the events calendar in Wales, and implementing the Welsh Cycling events strategy. You will have regular communication with event organisers and volunteers, encouraging and supporting the delivery of competitive and non-competitive events in road, track, MTB, cyclo-cross, cycle speedway and BMX disciplines.
Working with the Marketing and Communications Officer you will assist in co-ordinating internal and external communication around events and will also work closely with the Workforce Officer to support and develop the workforce of race officials and event volunteers.
