DAIMANI offers exclusive VIP Hospitality experiences for sports, music & cultural events across the world. Customers can now easily book unforgettable moments at the touch of a button. The ‘Click & Buy’ solution is currently available in 7 languages with more to come, 30+ payment methods and over 70 currencies.
This role will assist the UK Managing Director and the Senior Commerce Manager in:
• onboarding events in a timely manner
• supporting sales & general operational activities
• liaising with rights holders and clients
• communicating with DAIMANI offices across the globe
• managing inventory across products
• establishing DAIMANI in the UK & Ireland
The key responsibility of the post holder will be to provide qualitative support to ensure that all operational activities and contractual objectives are met and surpassed through strategic planning, excellence in delivery & administration, strong working relationships with DAIMANI colleagues and continuous monitoring & evaluation.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Strategically support the Managing Director and the Senior Commerce Manager in developing & managing existing and future partnerships with external organisations.
2. Assist in the creation of a fun, structured working environment that is inspiring, dynamic and challenging.
3. Ensure all events are onboarded to the DAMIANI marketplace securely, accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Support all sales, marketing and promotional activities.
5. Work with all colleagues to ensure DAIMANI’s rights holder partnerships are being satisfied through effective monitoring and evaluation processes.
6. Undertake industry research as and when directed by senior management.
7. Support head office CRM activities.
8. Source and collate marketing materials.
9. As directed by the Managing Director or the Senior Commerce Manager attend seminars, networking events and exhibitions relevant to the role, proactively using the information and learning to influence current and future DAIMANI activities.
10. Undertake personal development as and when required by DAIMANI.
11. Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the purpose of the role and its level of responsibility, including the ability to work flexible hours and travel.
Person Specification
Education and Qualifications
Essential
• Demonstration of academic achievement in higher education, e.g., Degree or HND.
Desirable
• Second language.
Experience
Essential
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in tourism, hospitality or events.
• Proven ability of engaging with a range of stakeholders and external partners in order to achieve strategic and contractual objectives.
• Knowledge and experience of working with digital solutions and software.
• Experience of delivering, monitoring and evaluating a range of objectives.
• Experience of working with colleagues and clients from a variety of backgrounds and languages.
Desirable
• Knowledge of the VIP hospitality industry within the UK.
• Previous sales and account management experience.
