The Sofa and Chair Company specialises in the design, manufacturing and sales of luxury, high quality upholstered furniture. We sell to retail and trade clients working on luxurious projects throughout the UK and worldwide. Founded in 2002, we are a young, dynamic and highly ambitious company based in west London. One of the leading companies in our market, we achieve an average of 50% sale growth year on year.
Role:
maintaining and developing the large in-house upholstery fabric, curtain fabric and wallpaper library and responsibility for our sample service
maintenance of the company’s database (products, prices, business partner details)
assist with the smooth running of the fabric department and the workflow with all other departments
working closely with merchandising, sales and production teams
assisting fabric deliveries and aftersales
daily contact for our fabric suppliers
administrative and web support
Ideal candidate:
must be highly organised with excellent administration skills
experience desirable
ability to logically and systematically approach tasks and projects
good communication skills
IT literate (MS Office), SAP preferable
must be able to commute to west London
