Job Description
This role is a part-time position to coach within our fast growing football academy, for those with coaching experience within a football environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coach players between the age of U6-U11, at our training base on a Tuesday evening whilst leading junior academy sessions and fixtures on Saturday mornings.
Opportunity for extra coaching hours during the week and weekend.
To work closely with the other lead coaches to continue monitoring of players and use this to support squad selections.
To support players with constructive feedback on their performance.
To continuously aim to improve all players and yourself as a coach.

REPORTING LINES:
Within this role, you would be a lead coach and support the curriculum planning with the academy directors.

QUALIFICATIONS:
It is desirable that coaches have their FA Level 2 award and experience working with youth footballers. It is essential applying coaches are qualified to at least FA Level 1. The Academy will support further development.

PAY & HOURS OF WORK:
Pay is competitive. £15 – £20 based on qualifications, experience and longevity. You will be required to work on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
