An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the London FA, in the brand new role of Football Development Manager.

Following a comprehensive business review, the organisation has realigned its resources to deliver a new strategic plan built on a foundation of partnership work at every level to enable more people to play football more often across the capital. As we build to the Euro 2020 finals and semi-finals here in London, we have an incredible opportunity to inspire and unite the game across the capital and further recognise the incredible achievements of our volunteers.
The role of Football Development Manager requires a person who has a passion for football and the benefits it can bring. In London there are more than half a million people playing football across the capital, with the potential to further grow this by quarter of a million. The role requires someone who both builds exceptional relationships and is an expert in supporting partners to drive quality activity. There will be multiple positions available.
In summary the role will:
Be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring a strategy with partners for all of football in key Local Authority areas within London.
Be responsible for key Geographical accounts and partners across London.
Be accountable for the delivery of KPI’s within specified Local Authorities and Lead areas.
Enable partners to deliver shared goals and outcomes.
Deliver the London FA strategic plan.
