An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced sports administrator to join one of the country’s leading female football clubs, Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s FC.

We are now recruiting for a General Manager who will be based at our world class training facility, the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. Albion were recently awarded tier 1 status for the FA’s new girls Regional Talent Club (RTC) programme and the women’s first team will now compete in The FA Women’s Super League (FAWSL) next year having recently won the FAWPL play-off final and met on and off-field licensing criteria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both of these vitally important areas of the club and responsible for all day-to-day operational responsibilities within Brighton and Hove Albion (Women’s and Girls’) programmes. Candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours including weekend and evening working.
