Head of Change – Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) – London

We’re launching a multi-year cross-organisational Customer Change programme, which will significantly transform our customer experience and ensure we deliver our 2014-19 strategy. Working with the Customer Change programme sponsor, the role of Head of Change will lead the development and implementation of the programme.

You will be responsible for establishing and managing the governance model, with the development of a project office to support the process across the organisation. You will also develop a change, programme and project management capability across RNIB Group. The role will also oversee any other change programmes agreed by our Strategic Management Team.

You’ll have substantial change management experience gained in multi-functional organisations, strong communication and influencing skills along with experience in programme and project management methods, including appropriate methodologies such as MSP and Prince 2.
