Key responsibilities.
The Head of Domestic Game will create, lead and deliver the development and growth targets as part of the “Hockey in Scotland” strategic Plan.

You will deliver the vision of strong clubs and increasing membership. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Scottish Hockey domestic game programmes including the development, competitions and coaching teams. As a senior leader you will drive, motivate and inspire the team around you. You will ensure that the right structures, support networks, events and competitions exist for us to grow our game, create a more competitive performance pathway and inspire the next generation of hockey players, coaches, officials and volunteers. You will identity and deliver great opportunities for new participants to the sport. You will need to have the enthusiasm, commitment and partnership working to deliver your plans with clear benchmarking to identify success. You are a great communicator with the ability to sell the vision to a diverse range of stakeholders. You will build great relationships with sportscotland and Great Britain Hockey. As a key member of the Senior Team you will understand the need and benefits of great cross working and shared projects.
