They’ve got content nailed and run two strong PR teams with a UK and global focus.

They’re currently looking for a senior director to run one of these divisions. With responsibility for a team of c14 and income of over £3million you will have had substantial experience of running profitable and happy teams with a focus on clients across a range of sectors from retail through to sports.

You’ll put as much focus on ensuring your team is as happy as your clients and will have the experience required to ensure there is a string line of communication between your division and the board – upon which you will sit.

You’ll have experience of liaising with other senior leads to ensure a consistent commercial approach and joint new business activity and will provide a supporting role to the group MD when necessary.
The right candidate will have substantial consumer PR agency expertise, experience of contributing to a board and experience of running 15+ man teams.
