Job Description
To support the implementation and delivery of the new Healthy Goals project. The project aims to contribute to the long-term strategic goal of the Wolverhampton Healthy Growth Partnership which aims to reduce the rise in overweight and obese children at reception year and year 6 by 2026. This will be by supporting communities to develop, take part in and share good practice in physical activity and healthy behaviours, targeting families with 0-5 year olds from poorer backgrounds and BAME groups.
