Hockey Wales is the National Governing Body for hockey in Wales. The role

Hockey Wales are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, motivated, experienced and reliable professional to join the performance team.
The purpose of the Performance Coordinator role is:
• Plan, coordinate and deliver the Hockey Wales 360° programme
• International programme travel and logistics (Seniors, U18 NAGs)
• Internal communication on international activity
The Performance Coordinator position will be an integral part of Hockey Wales performance programme going forward
Main duties of the Performance Coordinator will be:
1. Coordinate the Hockey Wales 360° Hockey Centres and Tier 4 Wales Performance
programmes at all age groups / levels. Working closely with the appointed management
teams to ensure that the programme of delivery is consistent with national standards
and the underpinning principles of the Hockey for Life Framework
2. Coordinate support for talented athletes within Wales, in regards to both hockey,
educational and lifestyle support that is athlete-centered
3. Contribute to all groups that support the implementation of the Hockey Wales
performance programme
4. Ensure the integration of all Hockey Wales policy into performance programmes
specifically, but not exclusively, safeguarding, anti-doping, equality, health and safety
5. Ensure the Hockey Wales high performance culture is maintained throughout all
programmes
6. Ensure the highest standards of communication internally and externally
