What will you be doing?
You will be providing proactive operational support to the HR team across various priority tasks.
Skills and attributes for success:
• Building and maintain effective relationships to support all stakeholders
• Monitoring the HR inboxes and responding to any employee enquiries or escalating when needed
• Updating the HR Management system (Workday) with all relevant information
• New starters – Preparing all offer paperwork including cover letters, contracts and right to work
• Processing any background checks through vendors
• Carrying out any invoice reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• Proactive and detail orientated
• Well organised and can handle your time effectively
• Respectful to confidentiality and your integrity
• A proficient IT user of MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum one years’ previous HR experience
• Experience of using an HR System (preferably Workday)
