Description
My client is looking to recruit an exceptional HSE Manager to assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ programmes, policies and procedures in the company whilst also managing a team of HSE Advisors.
Your duties will include:
Coordinate in the development and implementation of good practise HSEQ procedures and policies
Prepare HSE tender submissions, liaising with relevant bid managers
Lead HSE meetings and assist in developing action plans]
Carry out incident investigations, maintaining proper records and liaising with regulatory authorities, when required
Assist in the development and delivery of internal training programmes
Coordinate and assist with the training and development of staff
Requirements:
Qualification in a relevant subject, preferably NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety Management
Member of IOSH or GradIOSH
At least 5 years HSE Management experience
A good understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction industry
The ability to develop HSEQ systems
