We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager who has the commitment, desire and potential to develop the role to an outstanding level.
We are seeking to appoint someone who will:
Be a qualified SENCO or be an experienced teacher prepared to undergo the necessary training
Have an excellent understanding of how to support and develop children with a diverse range of needs and a proven track record as a successful teacher
Lead, manage and motivate others
Support the aims and ethos of our Catholic school.
Think, plan and act strategically
Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders
The job role will include:
Evaluating progress and attainment data, understanding and mapping the necessary interventions to meet the needs of the children
Delivering interventions to targeted pupils
Supporting staff in understanding and planning for the needs of SEND children
Advising and supporting the Head Teacher in all SEND and child protection matters
Planning alongside the Head Teacher for the effective use of pupil premium funding
Ensuring the school is compliant with all SEND legislation
