A diligent, skilled administrator is needed to assist an international contract hotel furniture manufacturer in administration and sales support.
Duties will include among others:
producing and updating quotations using Excel
inputting in to the redesign of our quote format
creation and maintenance of supplier and historical quotes database
admin assistance to board of directors and sales team
general office assistance
Skills:
must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
must have a 2:1 Bachelors degree or higher
must be organised and able to manage time efficiently
