Total Pro Soccer is offering one successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to join our coaching family to manage and oversee the Total Pro Soccer Academy Coaching Centres (in association with Bristol City FC) as well as deliver at our partner primary schools.
About Total Pro Soccer:
Total Pro Soccer are a rapidly growing Bristol & Wiltshire based sports coaching company, established in 2010.
We are passionate about the holistic development of children and pride ourselves on offering the most professional coaching and teaching provision possible. We focus on using sport to develop children socially, personally, cognitively, creatively, and physically rather than focusing solely on techniques and tactics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Report to the Managing Director
Deliver the football coaching programme in line with the TPS syllabus
Work to the demands of the job in order to meet target and achieve results
Ensure the continued growth of Total Pro Soccer as a business through excellent programme delivery
Ensure Total Pro Soccer maintains its player base
Actively recruit new players
Provide a level of coaching and personal service of the highest quality
Follow and promote the Academy Coaching Centre ethos
Ensure full compliance with all league rules and regulations
Ensure that all Academy Coaching Centre staff positions are filled and that each team has an active member of staff to cover all age group activity
Attend Total Pro Soccer games at all age levels to ensure good communication with staff, players and parents
Ensure that all staff are appropriately qualified in line with the Total Pro Soccer staff recruitment standards
Manage and coordinate development games programme
Work in cooperation with the Managing Director regarding marketing, digital media and social media platforms
Submit regular progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Present football development training and mentoring to interns/apprentices.
Any other duties as defined by the Managing Director
Essential qualifications and skills:
FA level 2 (working towards UEFA B licence)
Experience of working with children 5-18
Driving licence and own transport
In date first aid and safeguarding certificate
Excellent time keeping and organisation
Management experience in a football set-up
Strong leadership and management
Excellent communication and listening skills
Understanding of youth football recruitment
Good IT skills to include Social Media, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
In date CRB
Desirable qualifications and skills:
UEFA B licence
Youth Modules 1, 2, 3
Degree in related subject
Experience working within a professional football academy
Youth Award

In return you will receive:
£15,000-18,000 salary depending on experience and qualifications
