Job Description
The LTA is the National Governing Body for tennis in Great Britain, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and is responsible for developing and promoting the sport while safeguarding the integrity of tennis. The vision for the LTA is “tennis opened up”; and the mission for all those involved in delivering this vision is to grow tennis by making it relevant, accessible, welcoming and enjoyable.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Team Leader to join the LTA Services Team, a team at the heart of engaging and supporting our tennis customers.

LTA Services Team Leaders manage the performance of a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors; providing direction, guidance and support with the intention of motivating them to deliver remarkable service and to exceed customer expectations in all areas of their work.
LTA Services Team Leaders work with their teams to achieve business targets, ensuring that performance is delivered to the required standard and continuous optimisation and efficiencies are achieved; alongside supporting delivery of the LTA vision of Tennis Opened Up.
This role requires excellent communication skills, people and project management skills, flexibility and strong organisational and IT skills. The applicant must have the ability to see the bigger picture and proactively drive business process changes for the benefit of optimised customer experiences and efficiencies.
