JOB SUMMARY:
Work as part of the Coach and Education Team to coordinate the organising of various coaching and education courses. Working in partnership with various external partners to provide quality and professional courses. Acting as the key point of contact for customers and external partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate the development and registration of the UKCC qualification, officiating and educational courses (inc. TTN/YOA/Teachers programme) for table tennis in partnership with the area teams and the Coaching and Education Manager. This will include; sourcing dates: venues, accommodation, tutors, resources etc in line with programme requirements.
• Actively engage with members and key partners to promote all qualification courses to maximise income for the organisation.
• Develop initiatives to improve efficiencies and cost savings in running of courses across the organisation
• Processing applications and payments for modules/courses/examinations/resits.
• Tracking and reporting learner progress, including monitoring courses through to award, issuing certificates and maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Support in the coordination of the Table Tennis England leadership course programme in partnership with the area teams, including: liaising with delivery staff, external partners and venues, collating learner and tutor resources, maintain customer records and issuing certificates.
• Assessing the viability of courses prior to delivery and cancelling/re-scheduling if appropriate.
• Provide support to delivery staff where appropriate.
• Coordinate the Table Tennis England Coach Licence scheme, processing applications and providing customer support.
• Management and administration of Table Tennis England coaching resources, including: Butterfly Skills, coach insurance, and online resources.
• Handling coach education enquiries and promoting courses and opportunities, utilising social media and other media.
• Manage website content relevant to the role.
• Manage the Azolve Coaching Portal, to include maintaining accurate records of coaches and supporting coaches to utilise the system.
• Help manage the implementation of an Officials portal for umpires, referees and Tournament Organisers to enable the organisation to track the number of active officials across the country.
