Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for embedding quality into all aspects of delivery within The FLT’s Futsal Programme, in particular the learning and development of coaches and players. The role will closely align with The FA and the national strategy for futsal participation and the talent pathway.

Role and responsibilities include developing strong working relationship between The Football League Trust, The FA and The FAW with the aim of developing futsal to its full potential in England and Wales, developing a Quality Assistance framework in partnership with The FA and to support professional club trusts in achieving the required standard of the Quality Assurance Accreditation, and assess their performance.
