Job Description
• To manage the staff, training, resources and programme planning of the England Talent Pathway in existing Regional Academies.
• To manage the EHA Performance budget
• Over an agreed period of time, to establish an EHA Academy in each of the remaining Sport England Regions as appropriate.
• Working with partners locally, nationally and internationally, to establish and implement objective measures and a TiD process to ensure the progress of players and staff in the England Talent Pathway.
• To develop the potential for handball’s inclusion within the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS).
• To contribute to the quality of standards of coaching and athlete development in the EHA AASE Programme.
• To represent EHA on the GB Performance Group.
• To contribute and work with colleagues across the EHA for the improvement of the game at all levels.
