Office Administrator – AURA – London, United Kingdom

AURA is a UK based company specialising in occasional furniture, lighting and accessories for high-end designers, architects and hoteliers. Our showroom is located on Lots Road, Chelsea, where clients regularly visit to see our collection. We are looking for a part-time office administrator who can start immediately.

Ideal candidate requirements:

experience in InDesign, Photoshop and Mac as well as good organisational and communication skills
confident, conscientious with excellent written and spoken English
an interest and understanding about interior design and products would be favourable
ability to work with minimal supervision, and to help develop new systems within the company
a team player who is flexible, shows initiative and willing to take on responsibility and work as and when needed

Administration duties:

taking over social media/marketing campaigns on a daily basis, assist media/PR requests
organising daily deliveries and assisting the sales consultant when necessary
stationery purchases
managing petty cash
keeping up to date with accounting requirements such as invoices and cheques
database management (filemaker) input of contacts, purchase orders and invoices
assisting with ad-hoc facilities
take reign of website alterations with new products and any updates/changes
reconcile outstanding payments
photography of new products
managing customer information input into client data softwares
position for: immediate start
