Office Manager – Frame Property – London

We are a design-led property company based in Bermondsey carrying out the development, architectural design and construction of residential projects in south east London. We are looking for an organised, intelligent and dynamic office manager to be an integral part of our fast-growing company over the long term. Role and responsibilities:

all aspects of day-to-day running of the office
acting as first point of contact for the business
managing all office related purchasing
providing a range of support to projects, including administration, document issue, graphics etc
liaising with IT support
acting as PA for directors as needed
managing HR systems
assisting financial accountant as needed

Attributes and skills:

confident with strong communication skills
organised with good attention to detail
proactive ‘can do’ attitude
personable and professional
competent in Outlook, Word and Excel
competent in Photoshop, InDesign or AutoCAD beneficial but not essential
previous experience within the property, design or construction sector preferable but not essential

Position:

salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience and ability
permanent position, ideally full-time but with some potential flexibility on hours
