Innes Associates is a lively architect’s studio with a growing range of clients and projects. We are looking for intelligent, enthusiastic candidates to apply for the role of office manager. The successful applicant will be well-organised, a good communicator and committed to developing a creative business.
Tasks will include office administration, assistance with book-keeping, recruitment and HR along with general project support. Depending on experience, there is also an opportunity to become involved with business development and marketing for the practice.
Proficiency in Word and Excel is essential – knowledge of desktop publishing an advantage.
We are looking for three days a week (or near equivalent) with flexible working hours. Remuneration is negotiable and will depend on skills and experience.
