The Operations Manager will oversee the core business functions of the charity, ensuring that Asylum Aid benefits from exceptional organisation and the efficient use of its resources. S/He will be a pivotal member of the Asylum Aid management team, with responsibility for financial administration, Asylum Aid’s reception service, human resources, premises & facilities and driving forward the development our volunteer placement scheme.
We seek a senior manager with experience in a customer or client facing organisation, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Though not essential, experience of working within an advice services organisation would be advantageous.
