Operations Manager – Leicestershire – Tag Tots Limited

Job Description
Major Oak Coaching Limited are looking for a ambitious, motivated and inspiring applicant to lead and develop the existing Tag Tots program.

The newly formed position of Operations Manager will focus on managing the existing sessions and implementing an agreed expansion plan to grow the brand across the East Midlands.

Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team of Major Oak Coaching Limited, this role will focus on reviewing the current policies and procedures and implementing a thorough, measurable expansion plan. The successful candidate will be involved in session planning and delivery, whilst focusing on developing the brand as a whole in line with company expectations.

Role includes:
1) Maintaining the website, databases and registers.
2) Delivering Tag Tots sessions to children aged 2 – 7.
3) Managing the existing coaches and recruitment of new coaches.
4) Training, assessing and performance reviews of the coaching team on an on-going basis.
5) Developing the Tag Tots brand and identifying and implementing expansion opportunities.
6) Enhancing the Tag Tots program by creating new session plans.
7) Ensuring all fees are paid and that invoices for payments are sent for authorization in a timely manner.
8) Stock and equipment management.
9) Managing the brands social media outlets.
10) Advertising the brand to increase revenue.
11) Ensuring customer satisfaction is at the height of everything the brand delivers.
We offer an attractive basic salary and bonus package based on delivery of agreed KPI’s. In addition, the post includes 60 days holidays per year (plus statutory) to be taken in non term time.

The successful applicant will work 6 days per week, Monday – Saturday.

Performance will be judged against a number of KPI’s, including:

• Profit
• Class attendance numbers.
• Class Openings.
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys

The ideal candidate will have:
1) Knowledge and experience of working with 2 – 7 age.
2) Rugby interest and experience.
3) Proven business record – Experience of working in a results driven business.
4) Experience of business expansion.
5) Leadership Experience
6) Coaching Experience
7) Planning & Organization Skills
8) Customer Service Experience
9) Social Media business use.
