Job Description
The Surrey County Football Association are looking for an Operations Manager on a one year contract to plan and manage the day to day activities of the association to enable the CEO to concentrate on the development of the new headquarters and facilities currently being built at Meadowbank Football Ground in Dorking.
The post holder will support the CEO in delivery of The Surrey County FA Business Plan and Strategy as well as managing the Senior Management Team, Marketing & Communications Officer and County Welfare Officer. They will oversee Human Resources in liaison with the HR Trustee and be responsibility for general office management and Health and safety.
The successful individual should have proven experience working as an Operations Manager, with knowledge of employment law and an understanding of risk management procedures. They should have worked within a Customer Excellence environment with proven leadership and organizational skills.
