Job Purpose
Under the direction of the CEO to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the business. The Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Main Responsibilities
· To be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all areas of responsibility, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards and costs are kept within budget requirements;
· To oversee and operate the online Quality Management and Public system
· Ensure effective lines of communication are maintained throughout all departments;
· To assist with the setting and monitoring of standards and procedures;
· To maintain health and safety standards as set;
· Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives;
· Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines;
· Conduct operational steering group, regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.

Good standard of written and spoken English (E)
