Job Description
The Oxford University Women’s Boat Club seeks an enthusiastic and professional full time boatman and equipment manager with effect from September 2016.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the coaches and other boathouse staff, problem-solve to improve day-to-day operations and lead the organisation of equipment logistics for OUWBC training and racing.

Applicants should have expertise in boat maintenance, rigging and boat transportation. In absence of particular experience with the sport of rowing, consideration will also be given to skilled tradesmen in the fields of carpentry, metal or plastics work, electrics and plumbing. A clean driving licence is also essential.
