Performance Pathway Coach Lead – Boccia UK

Job Description
The United Kindom Boccia Federation (Boccia UK) is looking to appoint a Performance Pathway Coach Lead to support its talent identification, screening and development work in association with the Home Countries. This post will be responsible for driving forward critical talent identification initiatives and performance transition programmes to populate the performance player pathway at all levels. Paramount to the success of this role is the alignment of the talent tools and processes informing the identification of players with the characteristics for future Paralympic success within the pathway and ensuring that this is embedded in Home Country Programmes.

The successful candidate will have experience in working in the Paralympic high performance environment and will be working currently or have worked with players, coaches and support staff at this level. The ability to work across teams with good communication and analytical skills will be essential, as will being able to drive forward change in the current system.
