An exciting opportunity to join UK Sport………
We are now looking for a Performance Services Project Manager to manage and drive Performance Service projects across the UK’s High Performance Sport System, including leading on the operational excellence of the Tokyo Mission Case Management Project.
The role will set up the project management methods & delivery model for Performance Services Projects, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies. You will also lead on the development, maintenance and operationalisation of the Tokyo Mission Case Management Project plan, seeking to maximise the impact of system support on individual sports’ Tokyo Missions.
Reporting into the Head of Performance Advisor Team, The Performance Services Project Manager will work within the Performance Advisor Team and have line management responsibility for the Performance Advisor Team Officer.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you have demonstrable experience of working in project management, data management and reporting or operational management?
Do you have proven experience of balancing priorities, dealing with ambiguity and managing cross-dependencies within a multiple project delivery environment?
Have you got experience of managing budgets, delivering value for money and forecasting need?
Are you able to drive continuous, measurable improvements in project management methodology based on data insight and objective evidence?
Do you have high levels of IT and Data literacy and excellent written and communication skills?
Are you a strong team player, who takes a collaborative approach?
Do you have a passion for sport?
