Due to expansion and growth of the company, we are wanting to add an enthusiastic, hard working and self motivating Full Time Physiotherapist to our amazing team.

About Us:

We are a Multi-Base Practice with clinics in Pocklington, York, Cottingham and South Cave that is experiencing rapid growth and are looking for another A player to join our team. Our Services include Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Mat Pilates, Massage Therapy, Classes, Rehabilitation and Personal Training.
We believe whole-heartedly in on going education and as such provide an immense amount of training, teaching and coaching. What we’re Looking for:
-A Full or Part time Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our growing, hard-working, and family based team.
-The ideal candidate will preferably have 1 year of outpatient job experience, be highly motivated, and ready to soak up information.
-You must be caring and enthusiastic! With a strong desire to pursue growth and learning opportunities.
-You should be a member of the HCPC and CSP licensed to practice physiotherapy in the UK or be eligible to obtain your license.
-Certification in dry needling, manual therapy and experience with Pilates a plus (but not a requirement). New Grads welcome!
-Eagerness to learn as a physiotherapist.
-Someone who knows how to quickly build trust and is motivated to form long-lasting relationships with clients and fit in with our upbeat friendly team!

The Position:
-Full or Part-time hours that are negotiable but must include both day time and evening.
-Physiotherapists and administrative staff all work together to provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our clients – one that keeps them coming back and that compels them to tell all of their family and friends about us.
-You’ll be expected to actively seek out referrals and ask for reviews/testimonials, participate in community outreach events, and you’ll have the opportunity to lead educational talks, workshops, and group programs.

The Tasks/Responsibilities:
-Communicate with patients in a way that they can confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you suggest
-Ensure that patients achieve their clinical and health/lifestyle outcomes (in the time frame you set)
-Develop a mutually beneficial relationship that benefits both the patient and the clinic
-Communicate the value of our service with the fee/price that the patient will need to pay to access it
-Ensure that patients remain excited about the prospect of coming for physical therapy (and remain committed to the treatment plan that you suggest)
-Provide a high level of customer care that will cause patients to want to come back frequently and tell their friends and family about us as well
-Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date and accurate
-Participate in, contribute to, and help to develop the in-house educational training program that is provided to all physical therapists

The Skills/Experience Needed
-Be able to communicate with patients in such a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem
-Communicate with patients in a way that they can see value in the plan of care being put to them – in exchange for their time and money
-Willing and able to spot when a patient may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely to drop off)
-To be able to communicate in such a way that the patient can confidently say yes to the treatment plan suggested
-To be able to engage with and connect with patients at personal level that goes way beyond a clinical outcome
-Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are – and solutions – that could lead to a patient dropping off schedule
-Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance
-Ability to thrive in an environment where measurement is the driving force behind progress
