As the successful candidate your principal duties and responsibilities will be to work effectively, as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of support staff within the Centre, to deliver world class physiotherapy services to the general public, university population and performance athletes, all in partnership with the Lead Physiotherapist.

You will deliver:
* Appropriate/autonomous assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and education to individual patients including complex and challenging pathologies.
* Advanced sport specific rehabilitation and production of individual exercise programmes for injured patients.
* Auditing, monitoring and reporting of treatment in an appropriate manner in line with data protection policies.
* Testing for fitness post injury as a component of final rehabilitation, including advanced production and analysis of RTP protocols.
* You will support Physiotherapy best practice by working within the Health and Care Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy’s and the University’s Codes of Conduct. You will be expected to audit and document all aspects of injury management in accordance with the industry standard and competencies.
Furthermore you will work within the rules of professional confidentiality, to liaise with other members of the support team as appropriate, aligning best practice within an MDT environment.
This is a part-time (21.9 hours) role where evening and occasional weekend work will be a required. The successful candidate will be required to complete DBS clearance.
