marketing, new business and publicity: promoting the practice via social media, updating website and promotional documents, liaising with our PR consultants and the press researching new project opportunities (including OJEU notices), assisting with PQQs, presentations and awards submissions
premises management: ordering supplies, liaison with landlords, suppliers, IT consultants, cleaners
administrative support: meeting and greeting, answering the phone, dealing with post/enquiries/deliveries, database management, archiving, general office organisation. (We aim to appoint a junior to take on this support role in the future as we grow).
Skills required include good working knowledge of working on Mac, MS Office, Adobe InDesign and creative apps, social media and accounting software. Excellent spoken and written English is essential, as is experience of working in a similar role in a UK architects practice. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
