In addition to our own brand retail range, we offer a fully bespoke service to clubs, teams, national sporting bodies, corporate clients and charities. Our client base includes The Royal Parks, British Canoeing and Henley Royal Regatta. We distribute in the UK and Europe and are the UK distributor for JL Racing.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us and provide support the production department. The role is predominantly office based but the candidate will be expected to be involved in events throughout the sporting calendar (predominately weekends), and occasionally work weekends at our Putney showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Order processing – place orders with suppliers via both online systems and in-house production sheets, manage artwork requests, book jobs into the production schedule and work with Production Manager to monitor progress, ensure kit deliveries within specified timelines.
Elevate and communicate production issues to the Production Manager, work towards resolution and execute the determined course of action. Inform manager of any discrepancies and resolve delays in the schedule promptly
Order dispatch – check retail and team shipments and stock deliveries. Dispatch orders to customers and dispatch stock to warehouse.
Monitor and order event stock – work with our events team to ensure stock is ready and available for events. Help load stock and equipment on to transport for events.
Work at events across the UK and Europe.
Administration – send out customer delivery notifications, deal with email, telephone and visitor enquiries and queries; offer advice and assign enquiries to relevant team members.
In-house print production – use internal plotter and software to produce small runs of vinyl prints. Apply prints to products using heat press.
Ensure the showroom is tidy, update displays and manage retail stock replenishment.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with both speed and accuracy.
Computer literate – proficient in the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills.
Availability to work weekends
Qualifications & Experience:
A full clean driving license is essential
A keen interest in sport and the outdoors.
Educated to ‘A’ level or Degree level.
This job will suit a candidate who is hands-on, motivated, pro-active and keen to get involved. We work with some elite athletes and sporting organisations as well as international suppliers so a candidate with great interpersonal skills will work well in our small but dynamic team.
