About the Role
The Programme and Operations Manager is an exciting opportunity at The Collective Foundation to create a significant positive impact on society. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our Accelerator programme, Grants programme and more. You will work directly with the Foundation’s Director to break down high-level strategic objectives into action plans that deliver projects from beginning to end.
Currently, we have supported 20 social entrepreneurs through our Accelerator programme, who are impacting hundreds of thousands of lives globally every year. You will be responsible for launching our London Accelerator, curating a portfolio of London-based start-ups, building a community of investors, mentors and partners to support the entrepreneurs, and design an innovative curriculum to accelerate their growth. You will also be responsible for launching our Grants programme, which will fund local initiatives across communities in London.
You will be the second full-time employee of The Collective Foundation, and will report directly to The Foundation’s Director, and receive support from a team of volunteers. As an early joiner in the team, you will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the organisation grows. Whilst we currently focus on London, we have plans to expand to Berlin, New York and more cities in the next few years.
