We are recruiting for a project consultant to join our London team to help deliver our unique science-based, human-focused methodology for the planning and design of buildings and urban areas.
Applicants should have a degree in a related field, such as architecture, planning, geography or economics and a post-graduate qualification in architecture, urban design or planning. They will be able to display excellent masterplanning and urban design skills, supported by one to two year’s experience in a consultancy environment.
They should be confident in using modelling techniques including space syntax analysis, statistical software applications such as JMP, as well as CAD and 3D software packages, including SketchUp. Applicants will have experience in using GIS software, specifically ArcGIS and MapInfo. Familiarity in applying specialist Space Syntax software is desirable but training will be provided.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, with strong presentation and communication skills and excellent written English. Confident client interaction and project management experience is also essential. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.
