Aldworth James & Bond are seeking a talented and enthusiastic project manager to join our growing team of designers, PMs, architects and makers.
We are a creative build, interiors and joinery company working on a range of high end interiors jobs, both commercial and residential, in the UK and Europe. We work on projects from start to finish, from initial development to build, installation and completion. As an organisation we are known for our focus on quality, attention to detail and passionate approach to projects.
The successful candidate will be energetic with strong management skills and the ability to handle a diverse workload.
This is a permanent full time role that is based in our workshop and studio in Greenwich, south east London.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
at least three years’ post-qualification experience in the construction industry in a project management role
excellent communication skills and attention to detail
an appreciation and understanding of high-quality design and build
work well in the AJ&B team and have a good rapport with contractors, makers and suppliers
well organised and proactive approach
knowledge of Vectorworks and Rhino is preferable but not essential

The main responsibilities will consist of:
scoping, quoting and contracting new projects
managing project budgets and work flow through the studio, workshop and on site
delivering high quality creative work
building and maintaining strong client relationships
help Aldworth James & Bond develop and grow as an organisation, and do us proud!
